Guide to Keep Skin Fresh and Beautiful

Most people give less good care of their skins . This is because a person's beauty is not only focused on the delicate facial skin , but body skin health must be a priority , including on their leg .

Many are willing to buy a set of facial skin care. But do you actually our skin generally need five things to stay healthy and beautiful as outlined by Dermatology Specialists in Louisiana, Dr. Patricia Farris which are:

Antioxidants
Use of antioxidants in maintaining cardiovascular health (heart disease) and cancer prevention has long been known. It is found in many foods such as fruits, vegetables, seafood and oil. Antioxidants fight the effects of free radicals that destroy molecules and ultimately damaging healthy cells. Antioxidants not only good for the skin but it is beneficial to every cell in the body. There are many types of antioxidants which are beneficial to the skin, but the two that received widespread attention is vitamin C and E. Vitamin C helps build collagen to the skin so taut. It is abundant in the whole grains, apples and citrus fruits. While vitamin E protects cell membranes and stimulate the essential nutrients to the skin to fight the damage caused by ultraviolet radiation.

Protection from the sun
When using sunscreen, we not only protect ourselves from diseases such as skin cancer and even prevent premature signs of aging due to over exposure to the sun. Skin exposed to the sun will be darkened, fast twitch and less elastic than the skin that protected from sunburn ultraviolet rays. We can protect our skin by applying sunscreen (with an SPF above 15 and should be applied about 20 minutes before leaving the house) or wear long-sleeved shirts, hats or umbrellas.

Basic fatty acid (EFA)
Essential fatty acids are important components of a basic healthy diet. It helps build cell membranes to retain water and nutrients in the body. These fatty acids also form a layer of oil that protects the skin from damage due to the effects of ultraviolet rays and pollution. Without this basic fatty acids, cell membranes of the skin is unable to perform his functions as a protective well. As a result the skin will suffer from lack of water and easily produce unwanted sebum, ultimately causing dry skin, easy experience inflammation and blemishes. Sources of fatty acids are cold water fish base such as salmon and sardines, safflower oil and falxseed, green beans, walnuts and spinach. You can take omega-3 supplements to improve skin health.

Water
An estimated 55 to 75 percent of the human body consists of water. Water eliminates toxins from the body, allowing the cells to absorb nutrients and digestion system. Many may not be aware of our bodies lose water every time through respiration and perspiration. So to keep body systems running smoothly, we need to drink plenty of water every day. Skin also needs water to remove all material that can contaminate the health and can cause problems such as acne. Water enough skin look fresh, smooth and healthy.

Cleaning
This is the basics of skin care routine. It not only remove dirt, pollution and oil makes the pores are blocked, but also prepares the skin to absorb the active ingredients of good care products we use.

The important things here is, not all cleaners are the same. You should look for soap-free cleanser. The soap that you use to body-skin is not suitable for cleaning skin because it is too 'strong'. Choose a cleanser that suits your skin condition. Whatever type of cleaner you use, sort it on the face for 20 seconds so that it can clean your face.
