Facial Skin Care Tips (PIMPLES!)


  • Wash your face at least 2 times a day with the right soap. Do not wash your face with soap because of the alkalinity of the body is different. Preferably, use a facial soap example of controlling oil, Vaseline (Oil Control).

  • Eat a healthy diet. A person suffering from the problem should be eating more vegetables because it provides vitamins are good for skin health. For example: tomatoes, broccoli, spinach, carrots, cabbage and so on. 
  • Make sure that your body does not become dehydrated. Lack of water in the body will cause the body's metabolism has slowed significantly. In addition, this will also cause your face susceptible to acne, dry and dull. Therefore, you are advised to drink warm water for at least 8 glasses a day.
