Chocolate Spritz Cookies

Ingredients: 

450 grams of butter
150 grams of icing sugar
1 egg
3 grams of vanilla essence
100 grams of finely ground almonds
100 grams of cocoa seruk
400 grams of wheat flour 


Method: 

1. Beat butter and icing sugar until light and fluffy.
2. Add egg, lemon essence and vanilla essence
3. Once well blended, add the blended almonds, cocoa powder and flour.
4. Shape the mixture by using piping paper on baking tray with a little butter rubbed.
5. Bake at 180 degrees Celsius for 10 to 15 minutes.
