Chocolate Hazelnut Finger Cookies

Ingredients: 


  • 125 grams of icing sugar 
  • 150 grams of butter 
  • 2 eggs 
  • 200 grams of flour 
  • 3 grams of salt 
  • 3 grams of vanilla essence 
  • 50 grams pralinosa 
  • 250 grams of chopped hazelnuts 
  • 50 grams of cocoa powder 
  • 200 grams of nuts hazelnuts (fine-grained) 


Method: 

1. Beat butter and icing sugar. 
2. Add eggs slowly 
3. Add vanilla essence, pralinosa, hazelnuts and cocoa             powder. Stir until combine. 
4. Once blended, shape dough-like fingers and rolled on the     ground hazelnuts finely and place on baking pan coated       with a little butter. 
5. Bake at 180 degrees for 15 to 20 minutes.
