- 250 grams of butter
- 150 grams of icing sugar
- 1 egg
- 200 grams of almonds
- 300 grams of flour
- 50 grams of cocoa powder

Method:
1. Beat butter with icing sugar mixture
2. Add the eggs one by one into the batter.
3. Then add the almonds, flour and cocoa powder. Mix until well blended.
4. Finally, circle the small dough and mix with sugar then arrange on a baking tray. Decorate chocolate chip cookies at the last.
5. Bake in oven at 180 degrees Celsius for 10 to 15 minutes.
